The P Potion has a random effect, mostly involving HP.
Effect[ | ]
First, check for turtle status and low HP.
- If the Player is a turtle, the turtle effect is removed and the player loses 50% of current HP (rounded **up**).
- Else, if the player has <8% HP, heal amount chosen randomly from 9 possible values (equal chance):
- +200 HP
- +400 HP
- +600 HP
- +50% HP (not rounded)
- +65% HP (not rounded)
- +80% HP (not rounded)
- +10 HP
- +7 HP (bugged: heals 10 instead)
- +3 HP (bugged: heals 10 instead)
If the player is neither a turtle nor at low HP, you'll get a Normal effect, a Strange effect, or a Very Strange effect, with chances depending on how many P Potions have been used in the current quest.
Normal effect: One of:
- 1/3 chance: Lose either 20% or 30% of max HP.
- 2/3 chance: Gain either 20% or 30% of max HP.
Strange effect: One of (equal chance):
- Immobilize player for 3 to 10 seconds.
- Player becomes turtle for 3-10 seconds. (Turtle duration counts down only when player is not stopped from moving.)
- Recover all HP.
- Set HP to 10.
Very strange effect: One of (equal chance):
- Cast Acid Rain, Fireball, and Teleport.
- Cast 3 Acid Rains and Teleport.
- Cast 4 Fireballs, with 3 Teleports in between: Fireball, Teleport, Fireball, Teleport, Fireball, Teleport, Fireball.
The effect strangeness chance depends on the number of P potions previously used, with strangeness increasing as more potions are used.
- 1/(floor(p/2) + 1): Normal effect.
- 1/(floor(p/6) + 1): Strange effect.
- else: Very strange effect.

Brewing manual[ | ]
Below is the description in the brewing manual of the P Potion
The only thing that affects the number of potions created is the initial number of candies added. You will always receive 1 potion for every 500 candies added at the beginning, plus one additional potion. (So 500 = 2 potions, 1000 = 3 potions, etc.)
You only need to mix for 1 second in the second step, which means only adding 100 candies in the following step.
You only need to add a single lollipop in the "Add some lollipops" step.
So the total cost for P potions is (500 x (numberOfPotions - 1) + 100) candies, and 1 lollipop.
